sucks that i can see the sign from school computer when get come i will see it and edit  my post and say how it is

And did you use Nissan sign? Looks good by the way

mm, just a little constructive criticism here, but the way it stands I'd have to give it a 3/10.
the reason is, is the colors are suckish. try something not as completely bright. add a shadow to the insane logo thing. also, another thing.. the approved text. it's blocky! I don't know if you ment to do that or not, but it does NOT go with the image at all. I like the font used, but if you could find a way to get the blockiness out of the words it would make it much better. another is the basic background. why black? why not transparent, and add a little smoky effect to it? those suggestions would make the logo probably around a 7-8/10 if you did it right. also, shrink it a little, it's huge! lol =P
