HOTKEYS
Open the Menu---INSERT
Telekill---Turn on, then 'X' key
OPK---Turn on, then Numpad 0
Glitcher--- Turn on, then Numpad 8,4,6,2,+,-

Instructions for use:
1. Open the attachment and extract the Hack(InsaneGamerz Combat Arms Public Hack.dll)
2. Get an Injector
3. Run the Injector(Vista/Windows 7 users run injector as administrator)
4. Set the Process as Engine.exe
5. Browse for the dll and select it and set injection method to Automatic
6. Start Combat Arms, Press Yes on the Message Box, then press Insert in the lobby to see the menu

Download d3dx9_42.dll from the attachment, then open it and extract (d3dx9_42.dll) to (C:\Windows\System32)

hmm should work for you
run injector as administrator
if that dont work download  faith injector and run it as administrator too and try to inject and hack and see if it works
