[LEECH] Windowed Mode

This is a updated Version of an Old windowed mode before this site Got Closed due to threats by Nexon.

I did not make this, I would say the original Coder's name, but then people would Google him.
We all know the origin of this Windowed Mode.

I did not make any part of this so idk why the % is so high, if I had to guess it is because it is Packed... Extremely well.....

ooo that happens to my brother when he tries to use hacks.... when it happens it usually means your pc is lagging because of an overload of data, or that Combat Arms detected the hacks, tried to close out, and failed. thus leaving the program unusable. or your computer is just screwed up.. haha xD
