this is about the rsps(mainly for bentley and l33t)

alright, so me and bentley were talking about me making an RSPS for the forum.. 2 reasons this is a good idea..

• money from donations

the thing is, is bentley thinks that.. since you guys own the forum and everything, you guys get all the donations for doing virtually nothing for the server. this is not going to happen. anyways,

bentley said he was going to talk to L33t about it, and one of you would get back to me with it... so.. please do that =P. also, if you guys do approve this, here are is the agreement that I'm offering, and can be edited via response to this thread. if you guys approve, I, Hydro get at least 50% of ALL donations considering I'm the one making the server. There is a complete category for the server. I will give all staff their current staff position in-game(if you mod, you get mod, if you admin, you get admin), but I get my OWN Co-owner(my friend) on the server. I get a custom rank on the forums, and so does my co-owner if he joins this forum. when/if we get a VPS(Virtual Private Server), I get FULL access to it. ALL server Donations go through my paypal, and then half of it goes to your donation paypal every week.

this is just a rough draft of what my agreement is and is totally editable by staff on here.

this part is NOT editable by ANYONE BUT ME.
IF you guys to not abide my terms, the server will either, be shut down, OR ALL staff positions on the server will be terminated. the server forums will be transferred to another forum, strictly administrated by me, for the forums, AND I will keep ALL DONATIONS from that point on.

alright, now that that is done, hah that took awhile to type up..
okay, so if you l33t and bentley approve of me making the RSPS, I will begin within 2 weeks finishing my coding. also if you approve, the staff here that will be playing it need to come up with a name for it, make a poll or something in the forums, and have all the members vote on it. the one with the most votes after about a week prior to the poll starting, will be the name of it.

lol well, like I said.. the agreement is debatable.. I didn't think about the coder thing.. but I still want GFX Designer =P

and yes and no.. I'm not gonna have a donation button, I'm gonna have my paypal email in there. the people will go to paypal, and send their donations there by that..

yes and no again, because yes, people can donate money, but I'm also gonna allowthem to donate RS accounts lvl 100+also, we still need a name for it, so you guys come up with one, and post a poll

umm.. no.
it's 50/50 me/the website.
the reason is, is I'm the one programming the server, managing it, and everything, they get 50 because they have the forum, and the members. I will get members from the forums, and from another website.
