new forum design?

just a little suggestion..
the forum's design, banner, and ranks are a little bit.. of sync..
the banner looks alright.. but the banner doesn'treally go with it, and neither do the rank buttons/icons.

i actually think the banner goes great with the site and umm u the color/icons of the staff postions dont have to match the site
what are they supposed to be all black and gray? lol

When I made the banner, there was actually another theme to this site, didn't really like it, and I'm don't like making new banners - etc.
