I got an error:

Engine.exe - System Error

The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I did reinstall it, and it still has the same error. I turned off my firewalls and anti-viruses and I ran it as admin, and it still has it. Help!!
